Our policy is that you have 20 days to return any item or items in their original package from the time you receive your order.
(Except for Sample Orders. Sample Orders cannot be returned. Please read our Sample Ordering page.)
You will be refunded or credited minus shipping and restocking charges. All items will incur a 25% restocking charge. Any and all special orders cannot be returned for any reason. This includes all of our Unique Novelty Knobs and our Hand Made Solid Pewter Collection. Any items that are returned and are damaged will NOT be credited for any reason. 

If a product is defective, or it is damaged during shipment, contact us immediately and we will ship another piece at our expense upon return of the defective item(s).

Please note that we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order. When your order has been shipped we will inform you with an email from us confirming shipment.

If you placed an order for something that we do not have in stock and we have to order it, you will be notified by email to the approximate shipping date. Most items will be shipped within 3 to 5 days and you should receive your order 3 to 5 days after ship date.
