Sample Ordering
Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
It has come to our attention that our sample policy might be a little vague in the area of what is considered to be a sample.
If you order one piece of door hardware, THAT IS A SAMPLE.
If you order 3 or more different single pieces of door hardware
THIS TOO IS CONSIDERED TO BE SAMPLES even if you don't tell us when you are ordering.
We are sorry for any misunderstanding this might have caused in the past.


We know how hard it is to visualize some pieces of hardware from a picture that might not be as good as it can because of image reduction and compression.

We have set up a program that will help both of us in the matter of ordering sample items.

If you find an item(s) that you would like to order as a sample, please make note of that in our comments section of our Customer Information Page.
We will ship up to 3 items from the same manufacturer for you to evaluate. You may open the packages to see what they will look like on your cabinets or show them to friends to get their opinion. These samples must be from the same manufacturer, otherwise additional shipping charges will be incurred. Most samples are drop shipped from the manufacturer and this is the reason for the additional shipping charges.

Any and all samples cannot be returned for any reason. You are buying these samples and if a subsequent order is placed, we will credit your new order up to 40% of the cost of your sample order (minus shipping & handling).

Note: Any item over $20.00 does not qualify in our sample program.

Think of it this way. You won't have to go the the UPS store or the Post Office wasting time and you won't have to pay the shipping charges to return the samples. The hardware is yours to keep. Plus you will receive a 40% credit of the cost of your sample order towards any future orders that are not samples. This is a Winning situation for everyone. Please note that this only applies to cabinet hardware and any and all orders for kitchen and bathroom accessories are not considered samples.

Any and all special order items are NOT returnable for any reason.
