Warranty:
This product carries a lifetime warranty on the finish and a 90 days limited warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship, subject to normal use. A return authorization is required for the warranty. Within the warranty period, Anne at Home will refinish, repair or replace a defective product at no charge, provided the product is returned, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover installation, misuse, abuse or neglect on the part of the owner.
Returns:
All Returns require a Return Authorization number. To receive proper credit, ALL returns need to be in their original packaging, with any associated hardware. If items are returned without an authorization or correct packaging, no refund will be issued. Anne at Home items returned correctly within 30 days of initial order a 30% restocking fee will apply. Manufacturer discontinued items are NON - REFUNDABLE.
Damaged items will be replaced without question. Damaged items are to be returned by the customer via USPS priority mail. Customer to provide USPS tracking information and paid receipt to Customer Service who will forward to accounting. Once return is received and cataloged, the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping and the items returned.
