OFFSET is an original collection of cabinet hardware designed by Erin Adams, an award winning mosaic artist and interior designer. The strong geometric patters and multi dimensional surface adds great texture while still being classic and simple. The knobs and pulls are made of environmentally friendly recycled aluminum and are compatible with LEED objectives. Du Verre Hardware is finished by hand, small variations in the final color may occur. These variations add warmth and beauty to each piece and are not considered a defect. Returns:
You must have a return authorization number prior to sending your items back to us. You may log into your account and request a return authorization. Items in their original packaging, with any associated hardware as shipped, can be returned to the warehouse within 60 days with a 25% restocking fee. Orders that are over 61 days old from the date of receipt, can only be returned for a store credit. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the $7.95 shipping subsidy will be deducted from your credit. All credits will be provided after our warehouse has received and cataloged the returned items into their system. If your order is received with damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order & we will arrange for the damaged items to be replaced immediately. Any manufacturer discontinued, made to order pieces, or special order items are not eligible for return.
