However you choose to install the hardware, vertically or horizontally, the pattern changes to reflect the ambient light. Three rich, lustrous finishes enhance the eco-friendly recycled aluminum hardware. Two knobs and four pulls are available in Satin Nickel, Antique Brass and Oil-rubbed Bronze. Du Verre Hardware is finished by hand. Small variations in the final color may occur. These variations add warmth and beauty to each piece and are not considered a defect. Please keep that in mind when making your selection. Orders are usually shipped within three business days. |

Returns:
You must have a return authorization number prior to sending your items back to us. You may log into your account and request a return authorization. Items in their original packaging, with any associated hardware as shipped, can be returned to the warehouse within 60 days with a 25% restocking fee. Orders that are over 61 days old from the date of receipt, can only be returned for a store credit. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the $7.95 shipping subsidy will be deducted from your credit. All credits will be provided after our warehouse has received and cataloged the returned items into their system. If your order is received with damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order & we will arrange for the damaged items to be replaced immediately. Any manufacturer discontinued, made to order pieces, or special order items are not eligible for return.
